Agreement

By using https://mypteai.com you agree to these terms. They are between you and [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], ABN [ABN]. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What our scores are — and are not

This matters more than anything else here, so read it even if you skip the rest.

PTE AI gives you practice estimates produced by AI, calibrated against published PTE scoring criteria. They are a study aid.

They are not official PTE scores and cannot predict your official result. Only Pearson issues official PTE Academic scores. We do not guarantee that any score you receive here will match, approximate, or forecast your real exam result, and we make no promise about what score you will achieve.

Speaking marks are based on a text transcript of your answer produced by your browser. That means pronunciation is estimated, not acoustically measured. We tell you this in the app as well, because we would rather be useful than impressive.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at m.umair72001@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

One account per person. Do not share, resell or sublicense access.

Our content

Every practice question on this site is original and written for this site. None of it is copied from real PTE exams.

You may use it for your own exam preparation. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish or resell it, or use it to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use the AI tutor for anything other than PTE preparation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees described in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
