What is a good PTE score?

A practical way to set your target
Find your requirement, then aim a few points above it. Test-day performance is usually slightly below your calm practice average because of nerves and fatigue.
If you need 79, treat consistent low-80s in practice as your readiness signal rather than hitting 79 once.
